Until Now

Well guys, I’ve gotta say that when I pulled up today’s headlines, I was shocked. No, actually shocked is an understatement. In all reality…I was stunned!

I went to bed at 9:30 last night and got up at 2 am, number one because I was tired so I went to bed early, but secondly because I really didn’t want to undergo the stress of watching the election returns. I figured I’d just get up, get on the internet and see that as a Country, we’d realized the terrible mistake of this past 4 years and redeem ourselves at the voting booth…until now.

I figured that after the citizens of our Country had witnessed such atrocious spending, and printing of money, and the massive borrowing by our political elite, that through our process of free elections, we’d right our ship…until now.

I figured that even though many had made the mistake of voting in “a person of color,” mainly because of guilt associated by actions that were taken so many years ago to suppress the “people of color” by others, that they’d now realize that actually none of these actions had ANYTHING to do with them, and that their casting their “sympathy” votes during the last election was in reality, wrong…until now.
I really still believed that the citizens of our Country were smarter than making the very same mistake again, in regards to the associations in the past, and present, that our President had, and still has…until now.

I believed that, as a whole, our children and grandchildren’s futures were much more important to us than what our politicians obviously thought…until now.

GO VOTE! It IS…Time For Change!

Well, guys, first off good morning, and secondly…GO VOTE!

Please, DO NOT have the sentiment that, “Well…I particularly don’t like either candidate…so I’m just not going to vote!”

That IS JUST what our current administration would like for you to do! A non-vote for Romney IS a vote for Obama, and you’ve just got to understand this!

Don’t think for one minute that their constituency is gonna sit at home. They’ll be bussed, drug, and pushed to the polls. There’ll be cigarettes and who knows what else passed out to them.
I also saw the “New Black Panthers” will be at certain polling stations…AGAIN…to “monitor the situation.” Wonder what the “political correctness” advocators would have to say about possibly a “New WHITE Panthers” at the stations…monitoring the situation?

Not that I condone such, by “Black OR White Panthers,” but stop and think on this for a moment or two.

Couldn’t happen could it? So, what does that simple example say about the direction of our Country? It ain’t pretty folks!

Anyone Seen “The Land of the Free,” or “The Home of the Brave Lately?” Jus Wonderin…

Good morning guys! How the heck are ya today? I’m doin fine, and hope the very same in regards to you and yours!

Big day tomorrow huh? Actually, tomorrow will be a VERY BIG day!

After 4 years of massive debt, massive unemployment, massive growth in the public sector, massive growth in Americans now on some type of government aid, massive attacks on our religious freedoms, massive growth in regards to ‘socialist agendas” through government sponsored programs such as ACORN and the pitting of the “haves,” versus the “have-nots,” and the teachings instilled by this that you DESERVE (DESERVE mind you), your fair piece of the pie too!

All of this is simply…STEALING! There’s no other term or explanation for it. Again…it IS stealing!

Georgia Wins…##XX@&!!**##!!

Well, I figured I better put up another post this evenin, since I’m sittin here at the supper table…eatin crow!

After posting this morning and pickin at Georgia and their fan base pretty good, I received my fair share in return!

Georgia beats Florida 17-9!

Football has always been a game that is won or lost on the field, and today was no different. Georgia outplayed Florida, although the game was hard-fought and pretty much a defensive struggle throughout.

Those dern Dogs came to play, and they deserved leaving the field the victors. They played tough, smash-mouth football, and today’s game was actually a typical SEC contest.

Florida had, I believe, 4 turnovers for the year, but today turned the ball over 6 times. You can’t beat a tough opponent turning the ball over that many times.

Florida had several shots, but kept coming up empty. Many times they simply self-destructed. They still have a shot at the East title, but the ball is now in Georgia’s court. They win their final two SEC games, Ole Miss, and Auburn, and they’ll represent the East in Atlanta.

If they don’t trip up, they’re East division champs, and deserving of it. Great game guys, you were the better team today.

In honor of Georgia’s win today, and for the “smack-talkin” I’d done earlier, let’s closeout with a quote from a Georgia grad, and self-described “Gator-Hater,” the late Mr. Lewis Grizzard…

Ya know what ya get when ya cross a pig with a Florida grad?

Nothin, cause there’s some things a pig just won’t do!

You guys enjoy your win today, and ya better stay on track, or WE’LL be in Atlanta! Ya’ll just wait till next year too! You’re goin down!! LOL!

Have a great day and God Bless you guys!

Even in such adversity and humility I faced today in regards to this annual Ga-Fla hookup, my Deb would always say, “Keep a smile on your face and one in your heart!”

I got one for ya, Honey, and I love and miss you!

Go Gators!

Florida –Georgia Football Saturday!

Hey guys. I hope you all are doing well, and lookin forward to this afternoon, at 3:30, in Jacksonville, for the pretty much annual, Gator chompin up on a dern Georgia Bulldog, sporting event.

I’ll try to have my post this morning just as impartial as I can make it. With that said, let me say this…GO GATORS!

Both teams are capable of winning their rivalry game today and personally, I never take this game lightly, no matter either team’s record. History shows us this literally has no bearing on the outcome.

Not only do the teams, their coaching staffs, and the student bodies dislike each other, but the fans do as well. Actually, the term “hate” may not be too strong in expressing each State’s feelings towards one another on this particular Saturday.

As for me, I just love Georgia, their fans, and even “kinda” like their football program 364 days outta the year. Today though, this sentiment gets tossed out the window! Again…Go Gators!

Man, it’s so hard discussing today’s game from an impartial perspective, but, there’s times in life you just gotta do what you gotta do!

Who You Gonna Listen To?

Hey guys…been a while. Sorry, but had some pretty important issues goin on in my life and was having to focus on some things that pretty much took my undivided attention. Imagine that? Most that know me find it astonishing that I can simply focus on anything at all!

Let’s start off with this today…

Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones.
Learn from their ways and become wise.
Though they have no prince
Or governor, or ruler to make them work,
They labor hard all winter.
But you, lazybones, how long will you sleep?
When will you wakeup?
A little extra sleep, a little more slumber,
A little folding of the hands to rest-
Then POVERTY will pounce on you like a bandit;
Scarcity will attack you like an armed robber.

(Proverbs 6 6-11)

REVOLUTION……….OCTOBER 20, 2012

Good morning guys! We hope this finds you all doing very well!

Today’s post is from my good, good friend AP. A lot of you have read his posts before and today starts it up again on our site.

AP is in his nineties and sharp as a tack, although he’s a dern carpetbagger…uh…I mean Yankee! He just underwent a procedure on his heart and he feels great! We’re elated that he’s “back in the saddle” once again!

God Bless you buddy!

“The president shall have the power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during a recess of the Senate”
The Constitution Article 11, Section 2

When on January 20, 2009, Barack Obama swore to defend the Constitution; he did not mean all of it. He evidently believes that the provisions quoted above merely expresses the Founders ‘now anachronistic anxieties about abuses of executive powers. So on Jan. 4, 2012, Obama simply ignored the Recess Clause to fill 3 seats on the National Labor Board, even though the Senate said it “was not in recess. Obama” cheeky response was” when I decide what “recess” means.

The Recess Clause states that only the president’s power extends only to vacancies that ‘happen” while the Senate is in recess… The Framers wrote the Recess Clause to give the president very limited time, as little as 10 days to fill vacancies. Congress has adopted the practice of conducting pro forma sessions, so the Senate is not in recess while many of the Senators are not present. The Senate was holding such sessions every 3 days when Obama banded the settled for presidents respecting this practice. He treated the Senate’s unwillingness to act on his NLRB nominations as an inability to act, and said this inability constituted a de facto recess.

“You Didn’t Build That”

Good morning guys! How are you today? I hope this post finds all in good health and spirits. To all that aren’t, then you’re in our prayers.

Let me kick this off this morning by making a little statement…GO GATORS! Whipped up on them LSU Tigers, didn’t they? Yeah, man! Florida is on the road back! Kudos to Coach Muschamp, his staff, and the players themselves…great job!

Today I’d like to discuss a statement our President and his circle of insiders like to throw around to the less informed…which by the way is exactly the way they’d like to keep you. I’d like to say the less motivated, but I won’t.

Through the process of “dumbing us down,” which by the way, includes our children within our educational system today, that in many cases are simply teaching “agendas,” they are accomplishing JUST what their true intentions are….a socialist America.

This being the ones in power, ARE the power, STAY in power, and in their totally anti-American mindsets understand by doing so, they’ll ALWAYS be the power! Scary stuff, but true.

Truly One of God’s Heroes

Good morning guys! We hope this finds all in great health and spirits this morning.

Last Sunday, Preacher Charlie spoke on a topic I found very appropriate in today’s world. God’s Heroes.

Look at the goings on today and possibly you guys can see the tie in here.

Preacher Charlie stated in his message that today, we all need to realize we really have only one thing to fear in this life, and that is…God.

It really doesn’t matter during our time here on this Earth who threatens us, belittles us, or mocks us. The reasoning is simple. They too are of the flesh, just like we are.

As a believer in God, when you get right down to it, it is of no consequence what others feel about you. Through God, you have eternal life.

I’m not saying that during our time “in the flesh, you should have no respect, compassion, or love for others, and only think about yourself, but quite the opposite. God teaches us all these things. It is part of your character, but God does give you the option, to do good versus evil.
