The White House Rural Council

Good morning my friends! How are you all today? We’d like to thank you for dropping back in to see us again, Ridin’ Out the Recession in ole Miz Judi’s Kitchen.

I sure am glad Miz Judi and Brian don’t work, for or run the Huffington Press. If this were the case, I doubt these last two columns would have seen daylight.

I’d like everybody reading this morning to realize what a job those two, and the Canada free Press are doing for us here in the States. That publication, along with a few others here, are our beacon as to what is actually going on in Washington.

Although in Canada, they think enough of us to base their entire publication, or by far the biggest majority, in helping to make us aware of our freedoms , liberties, and the rights we’re losing every day.

At the same time you need to thank the contributing writers, as without them, much of our “heads up,” they’re supplying us with, would simply not be available to “We the People,” for we all know the mainstream media, has gone to bed with a political agenda. This is also what they report on today, an agenda, although their job is simply to report the news.

At the moment, it’s looking bad for the “home team,” but we still have a few innings to play, right? So, let’s get back in the dern game, folks!

Okay…the White House Rural Council. Let’s see what’s up with that? Today’s column will talk about the wording in this legislation, and the track record of our politicians…

The next column, and last on this subject, will be what I, and many others feel the implications will be from the legislation. What I have to say is my own opinion, so take it for what it’s worth. I’m not an educated man by any means, but I am a small business owner, pushing 16 years now, and I do know what works for us. Anyway…

This is from the Office of the Press Secretary…

Executive Order – Establishment of the White House Rural Council
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and in order to enhance Federal engagement with rural communities, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. Sixteen percent of the American population lives in rural counties. Strong, sustainable rural communities are essential to winning the future and ensuring American competitiveness in the years ahead. These communities supply our food, fiber, and energy, safeguard our natural resources, and are essential in the development of science and innovation. Though rural communities face numerous challenges, they also present enormous economic potential. The Federal Government has an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth, promote innovation, improve access to health care and education, and expand outdoor recreational activities on public lands.

To enhance the Federal Government’s efforts to address the needs of rural America, this order establishes a council to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities.

My feelings on Section 1….

16% of the American population lives in rural communities. This was kinda’ a shock to me, as I felt it would be probably larger than that…but, that’s still a whole lot of votes in regards to implementing more government programs through money, housing, etc., or…more “Nanny State” mentality implemented upon the people. Actually, our rural communities seem to be one of the last bastions here in the U.S., that are true believers in our rights laid out by our Founding Fathers.

More government intervention, meaning more “give-away,” only succeeds in “more buying of votes.” Power for life, I believe is the ultimate motivation behind such as this.

These people, our politicians couldn’t give a hoot about the people. Isn’t this a terrible thing to say here in the United States of America? But you only need look back at the teachings of Alinsky, to understand what these people are doing to us anymore. Our President is a former community organizer…their beliefs…social equality.

Though in their beliefs of social equality, this is merely, the have-nots, taking from the haves. This ends up eventually breaking the haves, and then you have…social equality, which only means at this point, you have a whole lot of nothing. Everything is in the hands of “the powers that be.”

Kinda’ like Cuba is really a poor Country, but ole Fidel, and his cohorts have done pretty good for themselves, wouldn’t you say? Come to think of it, ole Fidel was kinda a community organizer himself, wasn’t he?

Doesn’t he too, advocate social justice, social equality, the redistribution of wealth? He got the have-nots to rebel against the establishment, capitalism, God, the land owners, all this for…social equality…sounds very, very familiar, doesn’t it? What did it get the have-nots? The same dern thing they had before putting Castro & company in power, only now, there were NO jobs, no opportunity for advancement, even hope was gone!

How many times have you heard Mark Lloyd of the FCC talk about the great revolution in Venezuela by Chavez?? This, too was social equality. Or Ron Bloom talking about our administration beginning to see “ that like Mao, your political power comes from the barrel of a gun? You want a friend, get a dog.”

Our President is also a former advocate of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, who preached hateful racist comments frequently, from of all places…the pulpit. But alas, our President NEVER heard this side of the good Reverend.

Our President’s shown throughout his life , not the love of our Country, but contempt. You only have to look at his past associations, his past “crusades,” if you will, to understand this.

Remember “Joe the plumber?” Our President talked openly on redistribution of wealth, until Joe called him out on it. Afterwards, ole Joe was drug through the mud…remember?

This legislation, is not about our rural community welfare. It IS about power, dictatorship styled government, less freedom for the producers (middle class) in our Country, AND their power, the power of our self-endowed elites.

Strong, sustainable rural communities…This is their intent…uh huh. These next few excerpts are taken from the Wall Street Journal. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970204731804574384731898375624.html

California has a new endangered species on its hands in the San Joaquin Valley—farmers. Thanks to environmental regulations designed to protect the likes of the three-inch long delta smelt, one of America’s premier agricultural regions is suffering in a drought made worse by federal regulations.

The state’s water emergency is unfolding thanks to the latest mishandling of the Endangered Species Act. Last December, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued what is known as a “biological opinion” imposing water reductions on the San Joaquin Valley and environs to safeguard the federally protected hypomesus transpacificus, a.k.a., the delta smelt.

The result has already been devastating for the state’s farm economy. In the inland areas affected by the court-ordered water restrictions, the jobless rate has hit 14.3%, with some farming towns like Mendota seeing unemployment numbers near 40%. Statewide, the rate reached 11.6% in July, higher than it has been in 30 years. In August, 50 mayors from the San Joaquin Valley signed a letter asking President Obama to observe the impact of the draconian water rules firsthand..

I think our rural communities are doing quite well already. But using the farmers of the San Joaquin Valley as an example, do you still feel the political power in our Country today are truly concerned with the best interests of…our rural communities? You betcha they are!

I can see the future of our rural communities becoming just as strong, just as sustainable…as our inner cities, can’t you. Decades of federal money, oops, I meant to say taxpayer’s money, used to help the poor, oppressed, uneducated, peoples. Trillions of dollars…creating…”The Great Society!” Yes indeed!

Our politicians, of the community organizing mind set, have had total control in regards to the inner cities, and their political power, correct? They ARE “great crusaders…”for these “oppressed” people, aren’t they? Haven’t the wellbeing, and the daily lives been improved dramatically over the last few decades for the inner city inhabitants, again, after trillions of dollars “given” by these politicians? You betcha!

What has improved is the wellbeing and the daily lives…of their politicians, many of whom are slumlords of the very people…they supposedly are “helping.”
Through the dumbing down, the manipulation, the misinformation, the blatant lies, and in reality, the total lack of any concern whatsoever, to the very people who keep electing them back into office, they have put themselves on a pedestal, and guess what…they write the laws! Oh boy!
They’ve sold their souls, they have no conscience, most in fact are Godless, though this they may deny. BUT, how could you believe in a God, and have no concern for your fellow human beings, and they don’t, especially for their own constituents, who by the way, put them into their positions of power.
Selling their souls is the correct terminology here…an example of this from Alinsky, the father of community organizing, and whom so of our politicians today are his disciples.

“Lest we forget at least an over the shoulder acknowledgement to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history….the very first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom….Lucifer.

Two points to this statement…the first being, Lucifer was referenced to our mythology, legends, or our history. When in fact, according to most of our citizen’s belief here in our Country, this is not mythology, legend, or history…it is in reference to our religious beliefs…from our Bible teachings, our religion. Yet, what is one of the most prominent crusades these people use against us?

The demeaning of our religion, which they take away our freedom of expression in regards to our religion daily. Here’s a couple examples of this…Please read.

These links state, that if you’d like to say a prayer at your loved ones funeral service, it has to be sent to the VA for approval! Wake up people!

This brings us to the second point…Godlessness, that I referenced to earlier. They use Lucifer as an example of their own power…radicals who rebelled against the establishment. One of our President’s promises he has kept, is the promise to fundamentally change America, remember?

So, the establishment of the White House Rural Council has nothing at all to do with the concern of our government in regards to all these “betterments” promised to our rural communities, and everything to do with opening the door to more control over the people. C’mon America, wake up here!

This legislation proclaims the Feds have an important role to play in order to expand access to the capital necessary for economic growth.

The Feds should have absolutely NO control in economic growth. This should be done by private business. Why? Because it works!
You only have to look at Amtrak, the Postal Service, the promised pensions, healthcare and retirement packages promised to the public sector to understand why the feds, and the unions, are all a cancer to economic growth! This is fact!

GM, and Chrysler are two other examples.

Plus, what in the heck happened to the $800 billion plus of Stimulus money, and two points in regards to this.

One, remember President Obama HAD to do this to keep unemployment from going higher than 8%, remember? Then, prior to stealing our money, he proclaimed millions of “shovel ready” jobs if only we’d approve this Stimulus Bill.

Then the man states afterwards, that it doesn’t appear there were anywhere near the amount of “shovel ready” jobs they were under the impression there were. Then they “reward” the unions with a 20% share of GM and Chrysler??? The unions, along with government regulation were the two biggest causes of these companies demise!

This is stealing, my friends. Remember…just because a pig wears lipstick, it’s still a pig!

So, I for one, am totally against the feds playing ANY type of important role in regards to economic growth in our rural communities. They don’t, and haven’t cared about economic growth period.

Economic destruction of free markets, private business, and total governmental control of your lives is the goal here, just like most everything else they “promote.” It is ALL about them, and NOTHING AT ALL about you! If you can’t see this, then you are part of the plan, or living on another planet, really.

They go on to say the Federal Government’s efforts to address the needs of rural America….to better coordinate Federal programs….maximize the impact of Federal investment…

Once more, rural America doesn’t need the feds addressing our needs, surely from a Socialist agenda anyway, and again people, this is what they are. This is only a “foot in the door” approach of gaining control, through the guise of, “Hey, we like you guys, I believe we can help.” You betcha!

As far as maximizing federal investment, since when does someone or something which is broke, bring anything to the table to invest??? It makes a difference when you print your own money, huh?

We have a six year old grandson that actually understands that, if he has NO MONEY, he can’t go inside a store and…invest in a candybar! It don’t happen. But try to make our politician’s understand that. We’re borrowing 40 cents of every dollar we spend from China???

I don’t know about the rest of you guys, but dern if I ain’t getting tired of these guys taking my money and giving it away to generations of “oppressed peoples,” illegals, Pakistan, and the Arab countries who would absolutely rejoice if our Nation came crumbling down, and using it to fund all the public sector “entitlements!”

It is OUR money that they give out so freely, except back to the one’s supplying it!

So, back to the topic…I take no comfort whatsoever in the feds deciding they want to help out rural America. From all I can see from past examples of the feds “help,” I gotta say, Thanks, but no thanks!

The link is here if you haven’t seen the Executive Order in regards to this…

We surely thank you all for dropping in to visit with us. May God Bless you and yours! As Deb likes to say, “Keep a smile on your face, and one in your heart!”

Hi we are from the government and we are here to help. I suspect that they will find that country folk are not as easy to BS as they think. Excellent piece.

Great piece, Dub! And it certainly isn’t just the creeping “welfare” aspect of this council — a whole new massive government agency. Want to build a shed? Pay for and get your permit! Need a cottage for granny on the back 40? Whoa there! You need a stack of approvals and permits – for the good of the environment, ya know. Think you’d like a pond for the cows? Sorry, not authorized. And by the way, we heard you’ve been composting and burning trash. You can send your fine in this envelope.

As for Lucifer — the fact that Obama’s best buddy Bill Ayers dedicated his book to him says it all.

Best to you guys! And thanks for the essay.
