Compensation For Claims Of Discrimination?

Good morning to all, and we hope you’re doing well today.

You know, I was going through a magazine that deals with Polk County Agriculture, flipped the page and there staring at me was a full page ad…USDA Notice to Women and Hispanic Farmers and Ranchers: Compensation For Claims of Discrimination.

When does this type of bull…. Stop? Honestly, when do we decide that we’re tired of these leaders of ours literally stealing our money?
Racism, or discrimination? I am so sick of these two words and the blatant lies affiliated with them, perpetrated by the left and their cohorts.

You didn’t vote for Obama? You just HAVE to be racist not to have voted for the first black man in the White House!

Tired of paying for the illegal invasion of our Country, most by people coming ONLY for the giveaways, and not the opportunity of contributing in your and your family’s future through hard work, and growth? Well, whether you know it or not…you’re racist!

Oh, and don’t take my word for it…ask someone on the left. You know the story.

Back in 2010 the House passed legislation to “settle” discrimination or mistreatment charges by black farmers, and American Indians.
$3.4 billion of this money going to the American Indians who claim they were cheated out of royalties for resources such as gas, timber, and oil. These royalties were overseen by the Department of the Interior.

If this was being overseen by the Department of the Interior…how were they cheated in the first place? Were they not through simple accounting practices not paid what they were owed? Once again, if not, why?

So the Feds cheated them, as the Obama administration, and many, many Republicans say too by the way, then first of all, who’s accountable, and who goes to jail, and then, why is the taxpayer held as the guy who cleans up a bureaucratic mess one more time?

This leaves a payoff for black farmers of $1.2 billion…for discrimination through unfairly denied loans, or other assistance from the Department of Agriculture.

Here’s a couple of interesting figures in regards to the discrimination charges.

18,000 black farmers in America but compensating 85,000

When the suit was first brought, the number of black farmers affected was around 2,000. This number grew to 85,000, BUT, there are only 18,000 black farmers in America. This is only a difference of 67,000 people, who by the way, aren’t black farmers. So why would they be entitled to any money?

Bureaucracy at work…NOW, who’s accountable, and who goes to jail?

Our President tells us we need to tighten our belts, but he just keeps spending. He gave away $4.6 billion on account of “cries of discrimination,” by the two above groups and their legal council.

Now we’re borrowing 40 cents of every dollar we spend, yet… he GIVES away $4.6 billion. On top of this, of the $4.6 billion, who were the questionable 67,000, and what gives with the monies they received?

Now we’re doing it again…this time for women and Hispanics. I found the page detailing this in my agriculture book, and just couldn’t believe this type of bull malarkey goes on in our Country…still today! I mean it’s not like we’re in a booming economy here, folks.

So now we’re gonna do it again…Women and Hispanics. Discrimination? HA! I call it stealing, and that’s exactly what it is.

You can receive up to $50,000, AND they may be eligible for funds to pay the taxes on their awards, and for FORGIVENESS of certain existing USDA loans. So, if you were denied a loan because of your sex or skin color, one more time, you may be eligible for forgiveness of existing USDA loans. So, you may have an existing USDA loan, BUT you can still claim you were discriminated against.

Damn…how could you lose out here? They are setting up a win-win situation, and just giving our money away.

These are but one other way to continue to drive our Country downward. We’re imploding here people. This is all money the Country doesn’t have to give out, plus how many other programs are many of these people already on? Take, take, take.

This is just as crazy as the statement …it is every American’s right to own a home. Or how about…it’s a civil right to have a cell phone??
Or…let’s look at ALL they do for us…the taxpayer. This from the Heritage Foundation.

The burden of regulation on Americans increased at an alarming rate in fiscal year 2010. Based on data from the Government Accountability Office, an unprecedented 43 major new regulations were imposed by Washington. And based on reports from government regulators themselves, the total cost of these rules topped $26.5 billion, far more than any other year for which records are available.
These costs will affect Americans in many ways, raising the price of the cars they buy and the food they eat, while destroying an untold number of jobs. With the enactment of new health care laws, financial regulations, and plans for rulemaking in other areas, the regulatory burden on Americans is set to increase even further in the coming year.

The cost of regulation has often been called a hidden tax. Although the total does not appear anywhere in the federal budget, the multitude of rules, restrictions, and mandates imposes a heavy burden on Americans and the U.S. economy. According to a report recently released by the Small Business Administration, total regulatory costs amount to about $1.75 trillion annually, nearly twice as much as all individual income taxes collected last year.

They continue to give to people of color, yet continue to pile it on us. What gives, AND how long can we continue to stand this type of governing? Democrat or Republican?

Do we reach a point, where the tax payer finally sez…enough? I’d really like to think that is a real possibility.

Anyway, I just thought I’d share with you today, even more good news in regards to our elected officials.

You ever wonder how Fed-Ex and UPS make money year after year, yet the post office loses billions?? How about private versus public…
Keep a smile on your face, and one in your heart, cause Deb says to! God Bless.
