		<description>Good to see many here working on living off the grid.  At the turn of the century many 
people canned food products for storage.  This was prior to refridgeration and freezers
and fed large families on their stored products.  Canning desserts and cornbread is 
new to me as is using the oven.  Dried and canned were the staples of the south during those years.  Pull together people and set up an &quot;Off the grid society&quot;.  It is a good thing.  Dub and Deb share much and have a good following.  Join them.</description>
