Our poor little garden is about 12 by 70 and you would not believe the food that comes out of it. We just planted 44 (I have been corrected from 42) tomatoes, several pounds of potatoes, brocolli (which is already heading) bell and banana peppers, squash, cucumbers, radishes and onions and still have room for my purple hull crowde peas. My children love those peas. Last summer after leaving our house to visit his in laws in Iowa he called and said "MOM what are the name of those peas we all love? We want to go to the grocery store and buy some to cook for them while we are here. Bless his heart........wonder why he didn't know they came from the garden? He saw me pick them and his children and wife helped. This year, guess who I will get to help pick? Just a few of the things that only a home grown garden can give you.

Sandy...you're back again! Thanks!

Hey, listen up a second. Are you telling me your garden is smaller than ours, #1 because it is? Or #2, you figure just like if you canned some cakes, we'd visit? Taking this fact into consideration, do you think if I in fact knew you guys did have a VERY large garden, we'd come visit FOR SURE, even quicker?

Dub and Deb, "Sandy, do you guys have a very large garden??"

Sandy, " Oh no, really, it's small guys, really it is! It's a very small garden, honestly!" Her husband in the background, "Sandy are they buying it, or not?" Sandy whispering, "Be quiet honey, they're still on the dern phone, they might hear you! I think I have them convinced not to come visit!" Her husband, "Oh good, great job honey!"

I'm kinda leaning towards answer #2 Sandy!

You know we're just picking at you guys...but Deb put me up to it!

Thanks again for coming, we enjoy you guys!

One more thing though...how big did you say that garden was?
