Good morning John. How are you , buddy? Thanks so much for your insight, it was appreciated. I'd never thought of it quite like you laid it out for us. Of course we'll miss Uncle Dave, and we've always taken heart in the fact that from the pain perspective...it would be better.

Also we've always understood that all of our family and friends that had gone on before us, would one day be back by our sides. That in itself is so comforting, but I'd never before considered all "the heros" you speak of. Our Lord and Savior, yes, but not all the others. Don't ask me why??? John thanks again for your comments today...they're very much appreciated, my friend!

Anyway...

John, we hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas, and wish you the very best New Years in 2012! Matter of fact, we wish ya'll the very best in all things! Thank you so much for all your help, concern, and prayers in Deb's regard, and things are going well! Ya'll have been so wonderful to us!

Please give "Miss Ardy" our regards, and tell her we wish her all the best in "TRYIN" to keep you straight!! LOL!

Thanks for everything, John!

Hugs to both you guys!!

Dub and Deb

PS... Although the oil may be in Texas...the "dipsticks" are all in DC! LOL...sorta!

For those in the "antiques" group, any disease is a big problem because the bodies healing system is shutting down.
Lost a very dear friend Gordy and after the funeral all his dear wife and I could do is hug each other and wash each other in tears.
Painful to lose a friend, but then again the level of pain is a bit more tolerable because they knew where home was. I miss Gordy, but I am looking forward to seeing him once again when I get home.
Have you ever stopped to think about the fact that you will be there with some of the greatest heros the world has known, and you will be able to have conversations with individuals such as Abraham, Joseph, Paul, Mark and John just to name a few.
So Gordy is likely in his glory because he always had ever so many questions.
